About the Accessibility Unit

The Accessibility Unit is part of the Canadian Human Rights Commission. The Unit supports the Accessibility Commissioner’s work. The Commissioner is responsible for enforcing the Accessible Canada Act and the Accessible Canada Regulations. They will also deal with certain accessibility complaints.
