About the Office of the Accessibility Commissioner

The Office of the Accessibility Commissioner is part of the Canadian Human Rights Commission. The Office supports the Accessibility Commissioner’s work. The Commissioner is responsible for enforcing the Accessible Canada Act and the Accessible Canada Regulations. They will also deal with certain accessibility complaints.
