Report a concern
If you have suffered harm because a federally regulated organization did not meet their requirements about accessibility plans, feedback processes or progress reports, you may be able to file a complaint with the Accessibility Commissioner.
Note: The Accessibility Commissioner only deals with complaints about harm people suffered because federally regulated organizations did not meet their requirements about accessibility plans, feedback processes and progress reports.
