Feedback processes - Voluntary self-assessment tools

Terms of Use

These self-assessment tools are for information only. They are meant to help organizations comply with the Accessible Canada Act and the Accessible Canada Regulations. These tools do not influence how the Accessibility Commissioner handles accessibility matters, including inspections and decisions. These tools are not a substitute for legal advice.

Use of the tools is voluntary. The results of any self-assessments made with them remain with the organization; there is no requirement to share self-assessment information with the Accessibility Commissioner.

These self-assessment tools are designed to help organizations create and review their feedback processes. The results can be saved and printed.

The Accessible Canada Act divides federally regulated entities into four groups. Select the form that applies to your organization’s industry (or sector).
